Swappace is an online file-transfer tool that allows people to move files between devices using a browser.

Transfers can be accessed using features such as QR codes, access codes, or shared links.

Swappace is designed for temporary file transfers. It is not intended to be used as permanent file storage, backup, or archival storage.

You may use Swappace for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You are responsible for the files and other content that you choose to transfer through the service.

You must not use Swappace to:

• break the law or help someone else break the law;
• upload or distribute content you do not have the right to share;
• upload malware, viruses, or other harmful software;
• attempt to access another person's files or transfers without permission;
• interfere with or disrupt the service;
• bypass technical restrictions or transfer limits; or
• use the service in a way that could reasonably harm Swappace or its users.

You remain responsible for the files you transfer through Swappace. Using Swappace to transfer a file does not give Swappace ownership of that file.

You should only upload and share files that you have the right to upload and distribute.

Since Swappace is a temporary transfer tool, files may be automatically removed after they are downloaded or when the relevant transfer expires.

A transfer can be accessed by someone who has the information needed to access it, such as a valid link, QR code, or access code.

You are responsible for sharing that access information carefully. Do not share a transfer link or access code with someone who should not have access to the files.

If you believe someone has obtained access to your transfer without permission, stop sharing the transfer and allow it to expire or remove it where that option is available.

Files uploaded to Swappace are stored temporarily so that the receiving device can access them.

Downloaded files are automatically removed according to the service's temporary-transfer rules. Files that are not downloaded are removed when the transfer expires.

We do not guarantee that a file will remain available for a particular amount of time. Files or transfers may sometimes become unavailable earlier because of technical problems, maintenance, security measures, abuse prevention, or other circumstances.

We try to keep Swappace available and working properly, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Swappace may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, infrastructure issues, security incidents, software changes, or circumstances outside our control.

Swappace relies on third-party services and infrastructure for parts of its operation, including things such as hosting, storage, security, analytics, and advertising.

Those services may have their own terms and policies that apply to their services.

We may restrict or stop access to Swappace when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or third-party infrastructure.

This may include situations involving abuse, excessive automated requests, attempts to bypass security controls, unauthorized access, malicious files, or other activity that could harm the service.

The Swappace website, branding, design, software, and other original materials provided as part of the service belong to Swappace or their respective licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit parts of Swappace without permission, except where applicable law allows you to do so.

Swappace should not be used as the only copy of an important file. Please keep your own backup of files that you cannot afford to lose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Swappace is not responsible for files that become unavailable, are deleted, or cannot be transferred successfully.

Swappace may change, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of the service over time.

We may also update these Terms & Conditions when the service or its operating practices change.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Swappace is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, that every transfer will complete successfully, or that the service will meet every particular use case.
